Lightness with Laura
Based in East London, Lightness with Laura is a newly launched yoga brand, based on the values and personas of the founder.
EC Stream worked with Lightness with Laura to develop and implement a launch plan and the subsequent day-to-day promotion of classes and events. This included some traditional marketing activities, Instagram account creation and management, website creation and directory registration.
Lightness with Laura was entering a local market already saturated with yoga studios, which required a defined and clear message to help the business stand out from the rest. Additionally, they required support in creating all their digital channels and promoting their events in their local area.
The Challenge
EC Stream worked with the founder of Lightness with Laura to put together clear messages that not only created an appealing offering but also differentiated the brand from others, focusing on a more mental well-being mindset, rather than a physical health one. We then started working on building a digital presence, via a website and an Instagram account, whilst at the same time, increasing local awareness, by organising outdoor free yoga sessions.
Our Solution
We are still working closely with the brand to continue expanding its reach, building on the digital activities and traditional promotions that have already begun. The next steps will be to increase sales by implementing targeted marketing activities, such as creating newsletters and blog content, as well as incorporating public relations efforts.
